Endorsement Agreement

*A morals clause (Section 6) exists because a brand's investment in an endorsement is really an investment in the endorser's reputation — a scandal involving the endorser can damage the brand just as much as one involving the company itself, which is why brands insist on the right to exit the relationship quickly if that happens.*
