1. Reservation
Seller agrees to reserve the unit/property described above for Reserving Party, taking it off the market for other buyers, for the reservation period described below.
2. Reservation Deposit

3. Reservation Period
This reservation is effective for [Number] days from the date of this Agreement, during which the parties will negotiate and execute a formal purchase agreement.
4. Refund of Deposit
