Why there’s no “Connect your account” button

File certificates are hashes of bytes, not e-sign envelopes. We do not connect to Adobe or DocuSign accounts. Export the original file you need to prove, then certify it here.

Exporting from Adobe Acrobat

1. 1Download the PDF or original from Acrobat / Creative Cloud.
2. 2Hash it in docstoc or issue a certificate.
3. 3Share the verify link with the counterparty.
4. 4Keep Acrobat if you still need PDF markup.

Once you have the files

Drop the file in the hash checker or create a certificate in the app. Share the verification link. Optional Bitcoin timestamping is available on accounts that enable it.

Just doing this once?

Hash in the browser — the file does not need to leave your machine for a client-side check.

Making it the new default?

Issue a full certificate when you want a durable public verify page.

Where your files end up

Keep the original file. The certificate proves that this exact file still matches — it is not a qualified electronic signature.
