1. Nature of Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on helping Client clarify goals and take action toward them. Client acknowledges that coaching is NOT therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment, and Coach is not a licensed therapist [unless Coach holds a separate professional license disclosed here].

2. Sessions
