1. Services
Agency will attempt to repossess collateral described in each repossession assignment referred by Lender, in a lawful manner consistent with applicable state repossession law.
2. Breach of the Peace
Agency will not breach the peace in any repossession — it will cease attempts if the debtor objects or is present and does not consent, and will not use force, threats, or unlawful entry.
3. Fees
