Commercial Sublease Agreement

1. Premises

Sublessor subleases to Sublessee [all/a portion] of the premises leased under the original lease dated [Date] with [Landlord Name] ("Master Lease").

2. Term

This sublease runs from [Start Date] to [End Date], not extending beyond the term of the Master Lease.

3. Rent

Sublessee will pay Sublessor rent of [Amount] per [month], due on the [Day] of each month.

4. Consent of Landlord

5. Compliance with Master Lease

6. Sublessor's Continuing Liability
