1. Conveyance in Trust
Trustor conveys the Property to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, to secure repayment of the debt described below.
2. Secured Debt
This Deed of Trust secures repayment of [Amount] under a Promissory Note dated [Date], plus interest, according to its terms.
3. Trustor's Covenants
Trustor agrees to: maintain the property, keep it insured, pay property taxes when due, and not transfer the property without Beneficiary's consent (or as otherwise permitted).
4. Default and Power of Sale
If Trustor defaults on the underlying debt, Beneficiary may direct Trustee to sell the Property through the non-judicial foreclosure process available under [State] law.
5. Reconveyance
